How community based organizations can be integrated into an umbrella organization?
Q. How community based organization can be integrated into an umbrella organization?We are living in small town and intend to form a coalition of different CBOs.Our town has sanitation problem,we want to combine the efforts of different organizations and solve the problem collectively.Is there any article,book or web site available for this particular purpose?

A. It is a tough thing to do. Some members of our community tried that and it did not work. The different org. did not want to come under the umbrella because of differences in each group's Mission Statement. The umbrella group was attempting to coordinate the donations of time and money to ensure better results. It cause such a rift in the Community that the general consensus was to have each organization send two representatives for discussions on Community problems.

Suddenly Switching from gasoline based automobiles to electric powered. How would it affect our economy>?
Q. I was chosen to pick a topic for debate for an English class, and I decided on whether or not switching to electricity based automobiles would be a smart thing to do if we had the option. I have to include such factors as economy, jobs that could be lost with the loss of oil companies, impact on the environment, etc. Any online sources would be greatly appreciated. How can I write something based on someones work without it being considered plagirism?
Q. if I wrote a poem that has a part of a song that I translated (from French ot English) would that be plagiarism or is it ok to change the words in ones writing.How does one write a story based on another person's story ( but obviously modifying in their own way). Thanks! I'm asking because I'd like to be a writer someday. This poem is just for fun.
